Feeling inspired to help those who needed it most and could afford it least, Luana DeAngelis enlisted the skills of passionate community members to help ease the journey of people with breast cancer. For 12 years our caring team has become the turning point that makes a real difference in the lives and outcomes of people diagnosed with cancer. Our replicable palliative care model is designed to complete the treatment continuum with long-term resources and relief that is missing  in our current treatment paradigm.
