Mindful Health brings The Root Chakra Workshops. I'm looking forward to introduce sound as a tool and how we can use it to open up and balance the root chakra.
This all-day event includes a chakra workshop with Nicole Glassman, owner of Mindful Health, where you will explore the Root Chakra through crystal healing therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy, nutrition and an in-depth exploration of Root Chakra themes such as, financial security, grounding, balance and releasing fear.
You will also experience meditative yoga and breathwork, a grounding Sound Healing session with singing bowls, a food demo showing how to use garden herbs to heal, and a Root chakra-inspired lunch by Chef Emmet Moeller.

Happy to be a part of this installation, adding another layer to it, SOUND. BELL 8 is a meditative, immersive installation named after a navigational buoy in Long Island Sound. This sea ‘scape attempts to inspire the sense of expansion and bliss one has afloat, while exploring our own complicated relationship with water. BELL 8 offers a chance to flip mental,spiritual gears to sail to unknown.
