I am a lover of humanity and everything MIND BODY SPIRIT technology that we’ve been given on this Earth for the purpuses of healing,wellbeing and joy.
I am interested in an intersection of deep listening, mindfulness, non ordinary states and a role of therapeutic sounds and breathwork in releasing generational trauma and elevating human consciousness.

Collaborations include: Rubin Museum and NY Yoga and Life Magazine,Big Quiet, Conscious Campus, bringing sound work to college students in form of lectures and direct sound experience, facilitating sound meditation at Mindful Harlem, working with cancer survivors trough You can Thrive organization, Fashion Institute of Technology- series of creative enhancement workshops among others. She is currently a meditation teacher @ MNDFL,NYC first renown meditation studio and sound practitioner @ NY Open Center.
